The Main Insomnia Causes

Insomnia Causes – In my view, the main thing that keeps us tossing and turning at night worrying about not going to sleep.

Make sure that there might be other reasons for not being able to sleep; chronic pain, restless legs syndrome, a disorder partner, plenty of coffee.

But at the end of the day that you were lying there worrying about how you’re going to get through the next day if you don’t get sleep right now! *

Insomnia Causes – Anxiety and stress causes and is by far the major causes of insomnia, and sadly, we worry more and more vigilant and see. But what can we do about it?

We have to empty our minds and conscious of the disturbing thoughts and stressful (Yes right! easier said than done!)

Stress and anxiety can affect your sleep too. Could be an isolated incident stressed that keeps you awake for a few nights, or it may be chronic stress and anxiety. Once it becomes a habit, certain situations and always will cause you to become stressed.

Insomnia Causes – Worry in particular can become a habit, like any habit, too hard to break (just ask us smokers, or ex smokers there!) but it can be done. You have to train your mind to leave for thought, or replace one thought to another.

If you suffer from insomnia, and if you are having trouble going to sleep or staying asleep, stress can be the cause. Could be causing your sleep problems and more stress which in turn makes it difficult to sleep. How do you stop worrying and stop this vicious circle?

Insomnia Causes – The most important thing is to try and work out what you tell yourself when you’re worrying about nothing. We talk to ourselves all the time, whether we are aware of it or not. What thoughts go through your mind that cause bad feelings?

For example, you may be sitting in traffic jams thinking, “I’m going to be late for work if he didn’t start this stupid traffic moving soon. Then I will be rushing around all day trying to get everything done! Which means you might not have time to buy a proper lunch and I’ll have to grab something fast and greasy! Well there goes the diet. ”

Insomnia Causes – Enough! Why torture yourself with this nonsense? Make it a habit to stop these ideas once you start. How? Just substitute them with better ideas! You have a list of ideas that make you feel good and think them instead! This will reduce the tension considerably, and with practice, you will get easier and easier.

If you are having trouble doing that, try two. When you catch yourself worrying, say “STOP!” Picture of a big red stop sign right in front of you. Focus on that until it breaks you train for troubling thoughts.

Then you can start to think about your fun, you enjoy the movie, the gift of children, whatever makes you happy!

Your mind is very powerful-put it to work for you and not against you!
