Regular activity, fitness and exercise, crucial to the health and wellbeing of people of all ages. Research shows that benefit everyone, young or old, from regular practice, either strong or medium. Or 20 minutes of vigorous exercise three times a week. Physical activity maintains muscle strength, joint structure, joint health and performance. You can enter the sports skills such as teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship, leadership and socialization. This obesity has become a national epidemic. Regular activity, along with a nutritious diet, which includes the portion control is essential to maintain a healthy weight. The public and private sectors need to band together to encourage more activity. Walking programs for schools, workplaces and the community are some examples. The most significant change has to come from individuals and families. Everyone must realize the benefits of physical activity for the mind and body.
