The Secret Ingredient for Good Health

What if I told you that you can add something for Good Health that your bone density decrease blood pressure and cholesterol, increase energy, muscle, metabolism, longevity and last but not least, sexual performance? What if I told you that also improve sleep, flexibility and strength and digestion? If you know it would help in the prevention of certain diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and depression, would that interest you? What about enhancing the immune system, improving blood circulation and delay or prevent osteoporosis? Don’t stop the benefits of what I am referring to there either. Mental and emotional benefits include reduced anxiety, stress, and improve your self worth and self portrait in addition to an overall increase in your sense of well being.

Ask what this thing is and how much Good Health costs? To how many people rush to the doctor to get a prescription for this life changing and add you can add to your life-saving? What if I told you that you don’t need a prescription and that was practically free?

Well, I tell you that you can start to achieve each of these above mentioned benefits today without spending a dime or waiting in line at the pharmacy.

You just move your body. That is right. Which is what I’m referring to exercise if you are not engaged in an exercise in some form, you’re missing out on the only thing that can immediately begin to improve your health.

For different reasons, I think. Time is a big factor for many women busy in today’s society. Doesn’t seem likely to add one more thing to their task list. Take any opportunity to walk up stairs, yard work, dealing with children in a cart or a friend with a friend to chat and stroll. Use the time children are in soccer practice or gymnastics a brisk stroll. Be creative with movement. Participation in the activities you enjoy. Join with the children playing outside.

There is a saying that goes something like this. If you don’t make time to exercise, you can make the best time. You can take 30 minutes out of your day to add form of exercise? Maybe a better question, can you not?
